Partner with the Purchasing project management to identify, evaluate, and select potential suppliers that align with our quality and performance standards  Serve as a strong collaborative partner in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Preventive Quality Planning (PQP) initiatives to ensure project metrics are met and exceeded  Take ownership of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities for all purchased components, ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy  Lead and implement comprehensive process releases at supplier facilities, tracking findings through  closure  and providing supportive guidance for continuous improvement  Support customer audits, representing our organization with professionalism and thorough  documentation Collaborate with other departments and plant locations  Requirements: University degree in engineering Minimum 3–5 years of experience in preventive quality assurance Experience in plastic molding Experience in automotive quality processes (e.g., Concession, PPAP) Process release experience at suppliers Fluent English skills (negotiation level) Preferably native Hungarian speaker Excellent technical insight and analytical thinking Highly structured working style Strong assertiveness towards suppliers and project stakeholders Communicative personality with strong problem-solving skills Regular business travel (1–2 trips/month) to suppliers Advantages: Experience in assembly processes Experience working with international supplier base Background in automotive Tier 1 or OEM environment Knowledge of supplier development methodologies Additional language skills
