Specialist in Staffing (Onboarding)-Czech/Slovakian speaking-2-year fixed-term contract

As a Specialist in Staffing (Onboarding) , you will join our regional HR Service team and play an important role in creating a smooth and positive onboarding experience for our new colleagues. You will coordinate HR administration activities, collaborate with various HR stakeholders and ensure accurate and high-quality service delivery across the supported region. The position is offered on a 2-year fixed-term contract and provides the opportunity to gain valuable experience in an international HR environment. Your tasks: ► Coordinating onboarding activities and supporting new employees throughout their onboarding journey ► Managing onboarding administration, including employee data, medical check-ups, contract preparation, SAP maintenance and document archiving ► Collaborating closely with hiring managers, recruitment, Payroll and other HR stakeholders ► Coordinating the preparation and approval of compensation packages with the relevant HR partners ► Preparing reports, statistics, presentations and HR-related documentation based on existing templates ► Ensuring employee documentation complies with company standards and local requirements ► Managing and responding to onboarding-related requests from internal stakeholders ► Contributing to a positive and professional employee experience throughout the onboarding process ► Supporting knowledge sharing and training activities within the HR team ► Ensuring HR processes, policies and standard operating procedures are followed consistently ► Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field ► Ideally 2–3 years of experience in HR administration, employee services, office administration or a similar field ► Advanced Czech or Slovak and English language skills , both written and spoken ► Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ► Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ► Proactive and customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership ► Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in an international team What gives you further advantages: ► Experience with SAP or another HR system ► Previous experience in a multinational or HR Shared Service environment ► Hungarian language skills
