In this position, you provide technical leadership to analog ASIC design sub-teams, guiding the development of next-generation power management solutions for the automotive industry. Furthermore, you manage complex ASIC development projects, overseeing the entire lifecycle from technical coordination in the acquisition and design phase through to final series release. As a specialist in Power Management, you develop innovative concepts and circuits for Power Management ICs (PMICs) and System Basis Chips (SBCs). In close cooperation with internal and external partners, you develop new functions for ASIC circuit blocks, alongside novel circuit concepts and methodologies. Last but not least, you harmonize solutions and procedures within the project team and with customers or system architects, while actively mentoring junior engineers. Education:  completed university studies in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on microelectronics or semiconductor development Experience and Knowledge: several years of professional experience in analog/mixed-signal IC development; expertise in power management with a focus on the design of DC/DC converters, buck/boost regulators, LDOs, gate drivers and Current Sense Amplifiers (CSAs); in-depth application know-how in Automotive Smart Power (e.g., System-IC, PMIC); proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools, particularly within the Cadence Virtuoso environment; experience with hardware description languages like Verilog-A Personality and Working Practice:  you take ownership for overall success, setting clear priorities and effectively utilizing resources; you prioritize common goals over individual interests, positively influencing your work environment; you recognize and foster individual strengths within your team; you embrace challenges as opportunities for further development, shaping sustainable learning processes Languages: very good English communication skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus Application deadline up to and including 16th of September 2026. In accordance with our regulations, the gross annual salary for this position is at least EUR 88.000 for a 35h week (for a full year of employment and fulfillment of the eligibility requirements based on collective agreements) in the case of a comprehensive execution of job requirements. In addition, there is an individual, performance-related pay, a bonus based on the company's success, as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan.
