Key Responsibilities Manage the Vendor Management Office (VMO) function for contingent/contract staffing, acting as the single point of contact between hiring managers, staffing suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Own end-to-end vendor governance – onboarding, performance scorecards, SLA tracking, rate card management, and periodic business reviews (QBRs) with staffing suppliers. Drive requisition management through VMS platforms (Workfront, workday ) ensuring accurate job postings, timely candidate submissions, and pipeline visibility. Partner with resource managers, Competency Managers to define role requirements, headcount planning, and workforce demand forecasting for contract/contingent positions. Monitor and improve key staffing metrics – time-to-fill, fill ratio, submission-to-interview ratio, offer acceptance rate, and vendor compliance scores. Lead rate negotiations, contract renewals, and commercial discussions with staffing vendors to optimize cost per hire without compromising quality. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, labor laws, background verification, and onboarding standards across all contract hires. Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and implement corrective action plans for underperforming suppliers. Provide regular dashboards and reports to leadership on vendor performance, staffing pipeline health, and program KPIs. Identify and onboard new staffing vendors/suppliers as needed to strengthen sourcing capability across niche skill sets (Adobe Skills). Support process improvement and automation initiatives within the VMS/MSP ecosystem to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. Required Skills & Experience 6–10 years of overall experience in contract staffing, vendor management, and stakeholder management within the staffing/RPO/MSP industry. Prior exposure to ATS tools such as Workday, Bullhorn, Job Diva, Monster, CareerBuilder, or similar. Strong understanding of contingent workforce compliance, background verification processes, and labor regulations. Proven experience managing multiple staffing vendor relationships and driving performance through data and metrics. Experience recruiting/staffing across Adobe Experience Cloud Skills Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and vendor governance skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and present dashboards/reports (Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
