Role

We are looking for a Renewals Account Manager - Commercial Sub50K to join our team. This is a Remote role, reporting to the Manager of AMS Commercial Renewals in the WW Renewals department. As a Renewals Account Manager, you will be an integral part of Zscaler's global Sales and Go-to-Market team, focused on delighting customers, nurturing trusted partnerships, and driving a secure, cloud-enabled digital future. You will play a crucial role in cementing our position as a world leader in cloud security by managing a high volume of renewals and contributing to customer success.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

Manage the timely renewal of contracts for customers in the commercial segment with $50K and lower ARR, a threshold that may change based on business needs
Ensure high customer and partner satisfaction throughout a high volume of renewal workstreams
Work directly with deal desk, pricing, partners, customer success, sales operations, account executives, and the end customer to get contracts renewed on time
Adopt & Champion AI tools to stay on top of all tasks and improve your productivity to meet and exceed targets in a variable compensation model
Develop an understanding of Zscaler products to help migrate existing contracts to current SKUs and identify potential upsell opportunities for the account executive to pursue
