What you get to do in this role:      This is a rare early-career seat with real surface area. ServiceNow's ISV and Build ecosystem is where partners build products on top of our platform, and this role runs the marketing engine behind them: campaigns, launches, content, and the partner-facing toolkit that hundreds of ISVs use to bring their solutions to market with us. You will not be shadowing someone else's work. You will own programs end-to-end, with a clear line of sight to the pipeline they generate. You will sit on a global team covering every partner, every region, and every product, which means you will learn the full go-to-market motion faster here than almost anywhere else in marketing. You will work directly with product marketing, partner managers, regional marketing teams in AMS, EMEA, and APAC, and the partners themselves. Ambition and curiosity matter more than a resume that already checks every box. What you will do Run demand generation programs with and through ISV partners: digital campaigns, content syndication, webinars, and joint events, including managing the MDF (market development funds) budget behind them Own the marketing toolkit ISVs use to co-market with us, keeping Campaign Creator assets, playbooks, and enablement content current and actually usable Support launch marketing for new ISV apps and integrations, from messaging inputs through in-market execution Build the campaign and asset library that helps partners tell a joint story with ServiceNow Track and report program performance: what ran, what it cost, what pipeline it produced, and what you would change next time Activate ISVs who are not yet marketing with us, taking them through onboarding into the program Manage Partner day to day with product marketing, partner managers, and regional marketing counterparts to keep programs aligned to what the field needs Align co-marketing campaign roadmaps with product launches, regional priorities, and partner readiness through regular syncs with product marketing, regional teams, and the partner sales org How you will grow You will get direct exposure to senior leaders across marketing and the partner organization, hands-on ownership of budget and program outcomes, and a view of the full ServiceNow go-to-market motion. People who do this job well move into named-partner ownership, broader route-to-market roles, and/or deeper specialization in demand generation. To be successful in this role you have: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. 1 to 3 years of experience. Recent graduates and early-career marketers are strongly encouraged to apply. Internships, co-ops, and campus program experience count Interest in technology partnerships, platforms, or ecosystems. You do not need to know what an ISV is on day one, but you should want to find out Strong writing. Much of this work is explaining a joint value proposition clearly to a busy audience Organized and self-directed. You will juggle several programs at once with partners in multiple time zones Comfort with numbers and a willingness to learn the data. You will be asked what your programs produced, and you will want to know the answer A bias toward action.
