Sign in to applyAbout the role Adobe.com reaches millions of customers and is a major part of our business. We've started a new initiative to bring AI and large language models to the site. It serves two groups: the visitors who use adobe.com, and the internal Adobe teams who build and manage it. We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead this work. You'll define and ship AI/LLM features for visitors and tools for Adobe.com's teams, working with engineering, applied science, development, and business partners. You'll report to the hiring manager to start, with room to grow. What you'll do Set the vision and roadmap for the AI/LLM work, for both visitors and internal users. Build LLM systems with applied science and engineering: RAG, agentic orchestration, prompting, fine-tuning, and model selection. Build evaluation — eval sets, quality metrics, human-in-the-loop review — and support responsible AI. Use data and experimentation to set priorities and measure results. Present complex AI topics as clear, simple stories for leaders, partners, and customers. Write specs and user stories, manage the backlog, and build arguments. What you'll bring About 5-8 years in product management, including senior ownership of technical products. A record of shipping AI/ML or LLM features (conversational AI, agents, RAG, or similar). An understanding of how LLM systems fit together and the tradeoffs among quality, latency, and cost. Skill in presenting complex topics clearly to senior audiences. An analytical approach and comfort using data to guide decisions. Comfort with ambiguity and change. Nice to have Experience with agentic systems, LLMOps, or responsible-AI practices. Background in personalization, segmentation, or CDPs. Experience with Adobe Experience Platform products (AEM, Target, AEP).
