We're looking for an experienced Global Cybersecurity & Data Protection Specialist to join our Digital Solutions Operations team in Hanover, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for driving cybersecurity governance and data protection compliance across our Digital Solutions products. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), GDPR, and other applicable standards and regulations. Working closely with product teams, suppliers, IT, and business stakeholders, you will establish and maintain the required management systems, compliance processes, and audit frameworks.   Cybersecurity Governance & Compliance (approx. 70%) Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Cybersecurity Management System for Digital Solutions products Drive compliance with the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and other applicable cybersecurity regulations and standards Act as the Product Cybersecurity Officer for the Digital Solutions portfolio Define, monitor, and report cybersecurity KPIs and support regular management reviews Conduct and coordinate cybersecurity assessments, audits, and compliance reviews Ensure cybersecurity requirements are embedded throughout the product lifecycle Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to assess cybersecurity risks and ensure compliance Manage cybersecurity-related supplier evaluations, release approvals, and mitigation activities Support the preparation and maintenance of cybersecurity documentation required by internal and external stakeholders Data Protection (approx. 30%) Develop, review, and maintain data protection requirements in line with GDPR and applicable regulations Verify that products, processes, and systems meet defined data protection requirements Support privacy assessments and compliance documentation activities Coordinate data protection compliance across Product Management, IT, and regional business teams Serve as a key contact for data protection topics within the area of responsibility Monitor regulatory developments and translate requirements into practical business processes Several years of professional experience in Cybersecurity Governance, Compliance, Quality Management, Information Security, or Data Protection Proven experience in establishing, implementing, and maintaining management systems Strong knowledge of: Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) GDPR and data protection frameworks Cybersecurity governance and risk management principles Relevant cybersecurity standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 27001) Experience conducting or supporting audits and compliance assessments Experience working with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders in international environments Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to communicate complex regulatory and cybersecurity requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences Proven ability to independently drive strategic initiatives and deliver results Professional integrity and strong stakeholder management skills Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken)   Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
