Support English training activities for instructors. Support digital transformation projects in training (AI, e-learning, digital tools). Assist in developing training materials and lesson plans. Support working culture initiatives and learning activities. Conduct training record audits and data verification. Provide support to Training Officers and Group Leaders. Third-year or final-year student in Industrial Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and AI tools. Proactive, cooperative, flexible, and adaptable. Passion for Training & Development and continuous improvement.
