Machines Maintenance Junior Staff

Key Responsibilities Maintenance & Reliability Execute preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurrence. Analyze machine failures and identify root causes for sustainable improvements. Monitor equipment performance and machine reliability indicators. Spare Parts & TPM Manage machine spare parts to ensure availability and minimize downtime. Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain maintenance plans and schedules. Performance Monitoring Track and analyze maintenance KPIs, including: Technical Losses MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) Maintenance Costs Prepare reports and recommend improvement actions to achieve operational targets. Documentation & Continuous Improvement Create and update work instructions, maintenance procedures, and maintenance plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to follow up and close improvement actions and OPLs. Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects. Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards. Support 5S activities and workplace safety initiatives. Contribute to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 objectives and related activities. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in machine maintenance within a manufacturing environment. Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. Basic English communication skills.
