Global Lead - Team Budget-to-Perform & Investment Planning (m/f/div.)

Your contribution to something big: Within Bosch Mobility, you will lead the Process Solution Team for the process chain B2P (Budget-to-Perform) and I2P-IP (Investment Planning): As global lead and target manager, you will be responsible to manage and develop a team of more than 70 process consultants which are globally spread at more than 25 locations Together with your supporting regional leads, you will enable the deploy activities, in particular the strategic digital transformation programs and orchestrate operations. Further key aspects and responsibilities of the role are: Manage the BBM Process Expert Network Be the key contact for the BBM locations and legal entities for all deploy and run activities in B2P Define and develop the global expert footprint and required competencies Align requirements with related M Functional Excellences Push sustainable BBM Process Improvements Continuously improve the case management for B2P as well for I2P-IP and manage Team KPI/KPR Support and build AI, automation, low code and analytics solutions for B2P and I2P-IP What distinguishes you: work experience in the automotive industry with sound overall Business Process knowledge, ability to collaborate and lead in a cross-functional team environment in a global set up, experience in leading an expert team or project team, experience in Controlling, Finance processes and IT environment (esp. R/3, S/4)), PMI PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent, Living motivation and empowerment of people, good interpersonal skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving and decision-making abilities, self-organization, structured, responsible, entrepreneurial, goal & future-oriented, very good verbal and written communication and presentation skills (English required, German optional), ability to coordinate a larger number of activities, Considering schedules and priorities, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
