As a Lead HR Specialist – Compensation & Benefits , you will take a key expert role in compensation topics across five countries in the region. Your main focus will be on Compensation, combining hands-on expertise with regional coordination, analytics and advisory responsibilities.  You will work independently with HR and management stakeholders, coordinate key processes such as the Annual Salary Review (ASR) and contribute to our readiness for the EU Pay Transparency Directive. Beyond running established processes, we count on you to challenge existing practices, bring forward new ideas and help shape effective and future-ready compensation solutions.  Your tasks:  ► Take professional ownership of compensation topics across five countries, ensuring alignment with Bosch reward principles and local requirements  ► Coordinate the regional Annual Salary Review (ASR) process from strategy creation to preparation and stakeholder alignment through implementation and follow-up  ► Drive and coordinate activities related to EU Pay Transparency, supporting the organization in preparing for new requirements  - Conduct systematic job and position evaluations to ensure roles are appropriately positioned within the company’s grading and compensation structure  ► Conduct compensation analyses, benchmarking and studies and translate results into recommendations for HR and management  ► Advise HR and management stakeholders on complex compensation topics and support data-driven decision-making  ► Contribute to the development and implementation of new compensation concepts, processes and strategies  ► Identify opportunities for standardization, optimization and innovation across compensation processes  ► Represent compensation topics towards management and guide colleagues within your area of expertise  ► University degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a related field  ► Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Compensation & Benefits / Reward, with strong expertise in compensation, preferably gained in a regional role  ► Solid knowledge of salary structures, benchmarking, salary review processes and compensation analytics  ► Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with complex compensation data  ► Ability to independently own and coordinate complex topics across multiple countries and stakeholders  ► Confident communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior management  ► Proactive, structured and solution-oriented mindset with a high level of ownership  ► Very good command of English  ► Advanced Excel skills  What gives you further advantages:  ► Regional or multi-country C&B experience  ► Experience with ASR / merit increase processes  ► Knowledge of EU Pay Transparency, pay equity or gender pay gap analysis  ► Experience with job evaluation, grading or compensation benchmarking
