Job Description: Acrobat Sign Technical Consultant This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team that provides consulting services for Acrobat Sign, which is an Adobe Document Cloud product. The Consulting team is responsible for providing experienced skills in implementing signature solutions, integrating complementary Adobe enterprise solutions and working with clients' existing IT infrastructure. We are looking for experienced and dedicated Consultants to join the Adobe Consulting Delivery team! The ideal candidate demonstrates experience in delivering Acrobat Sign solutions helping to lead large and complex multi-technology agile projects and will possess the skills to interact, collaborate, and work with a broad range of personas and functions, including the client, business owners, engineers, project operations, quality assurance, project managers and product management. Responsibilities Partner with and knowledge share with client business owners & partners Participate in the use case discovery sessions with the Client Configure the Adobe Sign application in conjunction with Client’s requirements Partner with technical project leadership to provide day-to-day tactical objectives Work with the client to gather user feedback on implemented functionality. Advise the client group on Adobe Sign internal alignment and customer change management. Ensure client enablement on their Adobe Sign implementation Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs and Web Services integration in professional services / customer-facing implementation projects Working knowledge of OAuth, SSO, and related architecture/design patterns Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to present technical solutions to and build consensus with client developers and senior stakeholders (Managers, Directors, VPs, CXOs) Ability to validate proposed technical architecture and work directly with client developers to align on the solution Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including drawing conclusions from customer interviews/requirements discussions Ability to multi-task and prioritize across multiple concurrent projects Good to Have React and/or Python development experience Salesforce (Lightning/Classic, Apex, Visualforce, REST API, Triggers) or Workday integration experience Familiarity with e-signature/document generation platforms (DocuSign, Conga, etc.) Experience with Agile Scrum and Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) Experience developing requirements for interfaces and data migrations s both oral and written Ability to multi-task and prioritize across multiple projects at the same time Experience reviewing, elaborating business, technical requirements, and coach client resources around requirements management Experience with Agile Scrum process and project management systems such as Atlassian tools (Confluence/Jira) (preferable) Experience with developing requirements for interfaces and production data migrations About Adobe Adobe empowers everyone to create through innovative platforms and tools that unleash creativity, productivity and personalized customer experiences.
