Sign in to applyJob Requisition ID # 26WD100127 Position Overview The Autodesk Enterprise Customer Success team is seeking a talented Technical Consultant to create and implement customized solutions for their Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) or Design and Manufacturing (D&M) sectors business. This role involves collaborating directly with customers to understand their specific Autodesk product customization needs and developing tailored solutions using Autodesk’s products. Autodesk’s solutions also help students, educators, and casual creators unlock their creative potential with user-friendly applications Responsibilities Collaborate with customers to assess the scope of their Autodesk product customization and configuration requirements A nalyze customer business requirements and design, develop, customize, configure, and integrate scalable solutions across Autodesk products in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction ( AEC ) and Design & Manufacturing (D&M) portfolios, leveraging Autodesk APIs, SDKs, extensibility frameworks, and cloud platforms. Develop written specifications to capture business requirements for proposed solutions and configurations Work independently and with internal team members to estimate effort levels Collaborate with internal resourcing managers to create project plans for yourself and supporting team members Design system architecture, document implementation plans, and create detailed system designs Drive technical design reviews, establish engineering best practices, mentor engineers, and contribute to reusable frameworks and accelerators across consulting engagements. Deliver tailored and configured solutions based on Autodesk core products in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) or Design and Manufacturing (D&M) domain Build trust with clients at all levels and establish a problem-solving relationship with both clients and colleagues Identify business requirements, functional designs, process designs (workflow mapping), testing, and training needs Contribute to Autodesk’s intellectual property and resources by developing methods and sales materials Lead training and adoption initiatives for customers Work with your team to identify process and technology improvement opportunities that will enhance the team’s ability to meet customer needs and scale. Minimum Qualifications A 4-year bachelor's degree in civil/mechanical engineering , Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited institution 7+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in .NET full-stack application development. Hands-on experience customizing, configuring, and integrating Autodesk products across the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) and Design & Manufacturing (D&M) portfolios using Autodesk APIs, SDKs, and extensibility frameworks. Experience with one or more Autodesk products such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, ACC, Vault Professional, Inventor, Fusion Manage, or Autodesk Platform Services (APS) is preferred. Strong experience developing modern web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 , and modern frontend frameworks such as React JS . Strong experience designing and developing scalable backend applications using ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, dependency injection, asynchronous programming, and modern software design patterns. Strong experience in designing, developing, and consuming REST APIs/Web APIs using ASP.NET/.NET Core, including integrating Autodesk product APIs, SDKs, and cloud services with enterprise applications.
