In general, responsible for establishment and maintenance of HSE management system, organization, and procedure, make sure that company activities comply with national laws, regulations, and corporate policies. 总体负责建立和维护 HSE 管理体系组织和程序，确保公司活动符合国家法律、法规和公司政策。 Ensures the requirements of HSE system are established, implemented, and maintained. 确保HSE 体系各项要求的建立、实施和维护。 Define the preventive measures for extra-ordinary events to protect the environment and health and safety. 制定非常事件的预防措施，以保护环境、健康和安全。 Identify and control the factors of hazards to ensure hazard minimization, develop and implement improvement measures. 识别并控制危害因素，确保危害最小化，制定并实施改进措施。 Conduct HSE orientation and continuous training within the company to improve employee’s knowledge & mind-set in each of HSE. 在公司内部开展 HSE 指导和持续培训，提高员工对HSE 各项工作的了解和认知。 Liaise with Central department, external authority, and government to get latest legal requirement on HSE. 与中央部门、外部机构和政府联络，了解HSE 方面的最新法律要求。 Carry out and follow-up of HSE targets at plant to ensure it is up to the standard. 执行和跟进工厂的HSE 目标，确保达到标准。 Organize the HSE activities at plant to define the necessary measure to secure the achievement of HSE targets. 组织工厂的 HSE 活动，确定必要措施确保HSE 目标的实现。 Take charge of statistics, analysis, and investigation reports on safety and risk for each working position, immediate safety improvement, and safety procedure for each working position. 负责各工作岗位安全与风险的统计、分析和调查报告，即时安全改进，以及各工作岗位的安全程序。 Build up and maintain emergency response system based on Bosch principles and legal/government requirement, as well as planning and implementation of drill. 根据博世原则和法律/政府要求，建立并维护应急响应系统，规划并实施演习。 Provide timely and regular HSE performance summary, analysis, and report to different levels of the company and centra department. 及时、定期地向公司各级部门和中心部门提供HSE 总结、分析和报告。 Prepare and provide reports to government timely. 及时准备并向政府提交报告。 Organize audit and monitor system to track each department’s HSE performance and ensue effective HSE system. 组织审核与监管体系，跟踪各部门的HSE 表现，确保HSE 行之有效。 Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.       上级为实现公司目标交办的其他相关任务。 Education学历 Bachelor degree or above, Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related major is preferred. 本科及以上学历, 安全工程、环境工程等相关专业优先。 Skills技能 Solid knowledge of HSE management in mechanical manufacturing industry is a must. 具备扎实的机械制造业HSE 管理知识； Familiar with ISO14001 and ISO45001 management system. 熟悉 ISO14001 和 ISO45001 管理体系； Familiar with the laws and regulations of China environment/health/safety and fire departments. 熟悉中国环境/健康/安全和消防部门的法律法规； Strong HSE experience demensdtrated or registered safety engineer. 有丰富的HSE 经验，有注册安全工程师资格证书； Good Chinese and English communication skill both in Written and oral. 良好的中英文书面和口头沟通能力。 Experience工作经验 Min.5 years HSE work experience in mechanical manufacturing industry. 5年以上机械制造行业HSE 工作经验。 Preference for experience in manufacturing environment; background in automotive industry will be a plus. 具有制造业工作经历或者汽车工业背景者优先考虑。 Other其它 Positive attitude, proactive and initiative; 积极的态度，前瞻性和进取心； Well organized, logic thinking, attention to details; 思维清晰，有逻辑，细心； High reliability and confidentiality consciousness; 高度的责任心和保密意识； Strong professional ethics; 良好的职业道德 Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality; 高度的责任心和保密意识； Strong capability of patience and precision; 耐心细致，注重细节； Self-motivated and able to work under pressure. 能够自我激励并承受工作压力。 Hold positive attitude whenever facing different opinions or other problems and take nessesary actions to facilitate solutions             出现意见不合或其他问题时能够以积极的态度应对，并采取行动积极配合以促进问题的解决。
