Working out the material plan based on the strategy and customers‘ demands. 根据战略及客户需求制定材料计划。 Ordering materials according to customers’ demands and stocks.          根据客户需求和库存情况采购物料。 Decide the transportation method according to the material supply and production situation. 根据材料供应和生产进度情况决定材料运输方式。 Make sure then material requirement schedules could be transferred to supplier timely and efficiently via SAP or email etc.          确保材料需求计划表通过SAP 或邮件等方式及时有效的发送给供应商。 Following up material delivery status with the supplier.          及时保持与供应商的联系以跟踪材料交货进程。 Following up shipment with suppliers, forwarder and the broker company.         保持与供应商和运输代理的密切联系以及时了解到货信息。 Combine different solutions and take actions accordingly to solve the problem to ensure the material supply. 优化不同的解决方案，采取相应的措施以保证材料供应。 Monitoring stocks and take actions to control reasonable stock level.         监控安全库存，合理控制库存。 Coordinate and finalize supplier package scheme with related functions internally.         与内部相关部门协调并最终确定供应商包装方案。 Work as coordinator for logistics topics in localization and customer projects. 在各类项目中担任物流相关主题的协调员。 Analyzing fill rate of vendor monthly and take actions for improvement accordingly.         统计供应商订单完成率并制定相应行动计划改善订单完成率。 Fast action to the abnormal GR and damage during transportation          对零部件到货数量不符及运输过程中的货损等及时采取措施。 Support in component localization projects. 协助零部件国产化项目顺利推进。 Implement BPS related lean logistics projects to achieve department’s target. 开展BPS相关的精益物流项目，完成部门指标。 Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives. 上级交办的为实现公司目标的其他工作。 Education学历 Bachelor's degree, logistics or business administration major is preferred. 本科学历，物流或工商管理相关专业优先。   Training培训 Trained inSAP and material planning 接受过SAP和物料计划的培训。   Skills Good knowledge in MS Office and SAP. 熟练应用微软办公软件和SAP。 Good English communication skills and PC skills. 良好的英语沟通和计算机应用技能。   Experience工作经验 Minimum 3 years work experiance in material planning, Auto industry is preferred. 3年以上物料计划经验，汽车行业优先。   Other其它 A spirit of team working and strong desire to improve. 有团队合作精神及乐于提高的强烈意愿 Knowledge of SAP would be an asset. 有SAP 的使用经验 Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment and assignments. 迅速适应经营环境变化和新任务的能力 Good health. 身体健康 Hold positive attitude whenever facing different opinions or other problems and take necessary actions to facilitate solutions. 出现意见不合或其他问题时能够以积极的态度应对，并采取行动积极配合以促进问题的解决。
