Role

We are looking for an Administrative Business Partner to join our team. This is a Hybrid role based out of our Escazú office 3 days per week, reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer in the General & Administrative department. Our general and administrative teams help support and scale our company, providing a strong foundation for growth across our workforce, culture, financial operations, and global infrastructure. What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

Oversee executive calendars, prioritize tasks, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure smooth coordination of meetings and engagements
Plan internal and external meetings, All Hands, and events, managing logistics like conference rooms, catering, and preparation of materials
Submit monthly expense reports, process reimbursements, and coordinate domestic and international travel with fully detailed itineraries
Handle sensitive matters discreetly while upholding confidentiality in all administrative tasks
Maintain and update org charts, directories, and team initiatives like competitions and recognition programs for alignment and effective implementation
