Role

We are looking for a Senior Creative Director to join our team. This is a hybrid role based out of our global headquarters in San Jose, CA, reporting to the VP, Brand Marketing in the Brand Marketing department. We are seeking a visionary Senior Creative Director to serve as a strategic creative partner to senior leadership and lead our global brand transformation. Reporting directly to the VP, Brand Marketing, this role will drive the overarching creative vision, translate business and brand strategy into high-impact global experiences, and lead a world-class creative organization. You will serve as a key partner across teams, scaling our brand story and visual identity to elevate our market leadership, inspire customer trust, and cultivate a culture of creative excellence.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

Drive the global visual brand evolution and creative direction across all touchpoints, ensuring cohesion, differentiation, and narrative excellence
Build, scale, and mentor a high-performing, multidisciplinary global creative team spanning design, art direction, video, and UX/UI
Serve as a trusted partner to senior executives, translating complex business priorities into clear creative briefs and strategic roadmaps
Orchestrate brand-led storytelling across digital platforms, web experiences, and physical environment touchpoints
