As a Property Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in the management and optimization of commercial real estate assets across the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. You will support portfolio-related decision-making through market analysis, transaction management and close collaboration with stakeholders, contributing to the alignment of real estate activities with business and investment objectives. Your tasks: ► Managing the acquisition, disposal and strategic development of commercial real estate assets across the CEE region ► Supporting portfolio optimization through market analysis and performance evaluation ► Conducting real estate valuations and financial assessments to support investment decisions ► Managing property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and lease negotiations ► Identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, risks and market trends ► Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align real estate activities with business objectives ► Supporting the development and execution of regional real estate strategies ► Maintaining strong relationships with external partners, consultants and service providers ► Ensuring compliance with corporate standards and governance requirements throughout the transaction lifecycle ► Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field ► Several years of experience in commercial real estate, property investment or portfolio management ► Strong knowledge of commercial real estate markets, valuation methodologies and transaction processes within the CEE region ► Experience in property acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations and portfolio management ► Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with the ability to assess investment opportunities and risks ► Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills in an international environment ► High level of professionalism, business acumen and ability to work independently ► Professional qualification in real estate valuation or property investment (e.g. RICS, MRICS, CCIM) is an advantage ► Knowledge of commercial property transactions and contract management processes ► Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
