As DA In-Store Operations Leader APAC, you will play a pivotal role in enabling NIQ’s data-driven solutions across the region. You will lead activation strategies that integrate diverse data sources, optimize processes, and deliver measurable impact for clients. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder management to ensure successful adoption of NIQ’s platforms and solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute activation plans aligned with NIQ’s global vision and APAC priorities. Identify opportunities to enhance data acquisition and activation workflows for scalability and efficiency. Manage activation projects across multiple APAC markets, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes. Oversee onboarding and integration of new data sources, ensuring compliance with NIQ standards. Champion adoption of NIQ platforms among internal teams and clients. Partner with commercial teams to translate client needs into actionable activation strategies. Work closely with global activation teams to ensure consistency and leverage best practices. Track activation KPIs and report progress to leadership. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to strengthen activation capabilities. Recommend automation and process improvements to optimize workflows. Manage stakeholders across APAC markets, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout activation initiatives. Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoE) and Transformation Teams to drive process improvements and strategic initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years in data activation, marketing technology, or related roles within FMCG, Retail, or Market Research. Proven success in managing regional projects and cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of data platforms, APIs, and integration processes. Proficiency in analytics tools and project management software. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
