Job Purpose  This role is accountable for the accurate and timely human validation of Voice-to-Text price and promotion records collected on in-store Field Audits before held store data continues to downstream processing.  Responsible for reviewing prioritized exceptions, listening to the associated auditor audio, validating the transcription and business values, typing evidence-based corrections in the appropriate local language, saving completed work, and submitting the store after the required review is complete.  Responsible for applying approved review rules consistently and escalating records that cannot be validated reliably rather than making unsupported assumptions.  Job Responsibilities  Access and operate the Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) Back Office and user interfaces on a daily basis.  Play and assess the associated audio and compare what was spoken with the displayed local-language transcription (typically, item selling price and promotion information)  Correct inaccurate transcription, price or promotion values only when supported by the audio; enter accurate local-language transcription and add concise comments when useful or required.  Document and escalate missing, inaccessible or unclear audio, language uncertainty, inconsistent status and unexpected application errors through the approved support route.  Meet assigned quality, productivity and timeliness expectations; participate in calibration, coaching and refresher training; and report recurring transcription, audio, interface or process issues with clear examples.  Requirements   High school diploma, vocational qualification or equivalent combination of education and relevant operational experience.  2+ years of experience in data validation, data processing, price collection, transcription review, quality control or a comparable operations role.  Proficiency in the local language or languages assigned for review, including the ability to understand spoken price and promotion terminology and enter accurate local-language transcription. Project languages: Italian, French, Spanish (European)  Working English sufficient to follow global procedures, training and support communications.  Strong listening skills and attention to detail, with the ability to compare audio, text and numeric values accurately.  Ability to follow standard operating procedures, filters and decision rules consistently while managing repetitive, high-volume work.  Sound judgment to distinguish an evidence-supported correction from an uncertain case and to escalate rather than guess.  Basic proficiency with browser-based operational applications, data grids, filters and comments; spreadsheet familiarity is desirable.  Prior experience with NIQ Data Acquisition processes or Human-in-the-Loop workflows is desirable.
