Role

We are looking for an Executive, Finance Transformation to join our team. This is a Hybrid role, reporting to the Manager, Global Process Owner - Payroll in the Finance Transformation (G&A) department. In this role, you will contribute to a variety of finance transformation programs, with a primary focus on supporting global Payroll and HRIS implementations. You will help build a solid operational foundation to scale our workforce, culture, and financial operations, playing a key role in supporting the growth of the world's cloud security leader.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

Map, analyze, and document end-to-end Finance, Payroll, and HRIS processes to support global system implementations
Identify and support the execution of process optimization and automation opportunities across global payroll operations
Assist in mapping internal controls to financial processes and evaluating key operational risks
Gather integration requirements, establish data mapping rules, and execute test cases for seamless data migration
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot post-implementation issues, and build training materials and SOPs to institutionalize knowledge
