Role Overview The Partner Manager manages ServiceNow's relationships with our partner ecosystem in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Philippines . You will manage and nurture companies in the ServiceNow partner ecosystem, encouraging partners to develop and mature their ServiceNow practice. This includes building partner practices, driving joint GTM plans, generating pipeline, and ensuring partners deliver successful customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities Build partner practices through business plan development, account planning, and partner expectation management across industry, regional, and product focus areas. Drive end-to-end sales engagements alongside partners — from discovery through close — orchestrating internal resources (marketing, enablement, technical teams) to accelerate deal velocity and improve win rates. Develop and execute joint GTM plans; lead pipeline generation, demand generation activities (Partner Prospecting Days, CxO Roundtables, joint events), and new logo acquisition. Manage partner ecosystem governance including readiness assessments, quarterly business reviews, tiering progress, health analysis, and metrics reporting; drive global interlocks with other regions. Develop and execute capacity plans to ensure partners are positioned to sell and deliver successful customer implementations with the right competencies, certifications, and co-delivery capabilities. Direct and align partner investment with areas of greatest opportunity; ensure alignment with ServiceNow's Partner Industry Solutions strategy. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Partner Operations, and Partner Enablement to align partner activities with ServiceNow's sales objectives To be successful in this role you have: Risk & Security background: experience in or strong familiarity with Security Operations, Integrated Risk Management, GRC, or cybersecurity — from a vendor, partner, consulting, or enterprise environment. AI fluency: demonstrated experience leveraging AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. 10+ years in partner/channel management or sales leadership in technology/SaaS; proven track record in building partner practices and driving revenue through partner channels. Strong coaching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; ability to manage complex partner ecosystems and influence at all organizational levels. Deep understanding of cloud services, enterprise software platforms, and competitive landscape.
