Deliver the end-to-end CI/CD lifecycle—from repository management, automated image building, and containerization to seamless Kubernetes deployment.  Cross-Regional Support & Collaboration : Act as the primary point of contact for deployments, working with experts across various time zones (including Europe and Asia-Pacific). Assist in writing infrastructure/application code and provide full-lifecycle support for running applications.  Continuous Innovation & Acceleration : Drive infrastructure modernization by keeping applications running on the latest technology stack. Participate in regular code/infrastructure reviews to continuously improve and simplify our current system landscape.  Future-Orientation & Tech Evaluation : Research, benchmark, and test emerging platforms and architectures (cloud-native, hybrid cloud, or alternative software solutions) to support scalable business growth.  Mandatory Qualifications   Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.  Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, specializing in Kubernetes ecosystem management.  Technical Skills:   Containerization & Orchestration: Strong expertise in Kubernetes (K8s) and container technologies (Docker, Podman).  CI/CD & Git: Solid experience with Git and CI/CD tools/pipelines optimized for Kubernetes (Bitbucket, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).  Networking: Strong understanding of IT Networking (including K8s CNI, Ingress/Egress, DNS, and integration with external enterprise systems).  Programming & IaC: Proficiency in Python (FastAPI is a strong plus) and familiarity with declarative configuration (YAML).  Soft Skills: Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.  Preferred Qualification (Big Plus):   Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (specifically Apache Airflow).  Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure).
