The Data Processing Specialist with Quantum  is responsible for managing and delivering complex market research data processing projects, transforming survey data into accurate and actionable outputs for clients. The role ensures high-quality data delivery through advanced analytical tools, effective stakeholder collaboration, process optimization, and the use of AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and standardization across operations. Key Responsibilities Review, assess, and process all project materials and data provided by clients. Engage proactively with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, discuss technical solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. Design, implement, and maintain data processing solutions using platforms such as Quantum, SPSS, Dimensions, and other relevant tools. Produce and validate data tables, reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, and output files based on data from multiple sources. Perform advanced statistical calculations, modeling, data analysis, and quality assurance activities. Ensure all deliverables meet NIQ quality standards and are completed within agreed timelines. Lead the technical setup of projects and provide guidance on best practices and optimal deliverable solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues and ensure smooth delivery. Prioritize, structure, and independently manage high-complexity projects and competing workloads. Coordinate work allocation within the team and monitor task completion. Take ownership of project-related decisions in ambiguous situations and drive resolution. Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies. Leverage AI tools to support questionnaire translation, workflow optimization, reporting automation, and process standardization. Contribute to quality management initiatives, operational KPIs, training frameworks, and continuous improvement programs. Participate in testing, adoption, and implementation of newly developed software and tools. Train, coach, and support colleagues in data processing methodologies, systems, and best practices. Provide guidance and day-to-day supervision to junior team members. Foster knowledge sharing and actively contribute to team capability development. Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance standards, and operational procedures. Requirements Advanced expertise in Quantum and Dimensions (TOM). Advanced proficiency in data processing and analytical tools such as SPSS, Displayr, Python, R, C, or similar technologies. Strong Microsoft Office skills; VBA/Macro knowledge is an advantage. Solid understanding of data processing, statistical analysis, and reporting methodologies. Working knowledge of project management and quality management principles. Experience working with AI tools and applying effective prompting techniques to improve productivity and outcomes. Effective written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 or higher). Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to build strong working relationships across global and cross-functional teams. Collaborative team player who can also work independently. Strong understanding of the end-to-end market research and data delivery lifecycle.
