Role Purpose & Impact

We're looking for a Creative Director to own the creative direction and evolution of the Druva brand across everything we make. This is the person who decides how Druva looks, feels, moves, and lands, from the brand system itself to campaigns, video, web, events, product marketing, and the stories our executives tell on the world's biggest stages.

It's a rare combination of canvas and craft. You'll inherit a strong, growing brand in a category that's being reinvented in real time by AI, and you'll have the mandate to push it somewhere sharper and braver. You'll lead our in-house creative team, set the bar for creative excellence, and partner across marketing, product, and leadership to make Druva show up with the clarity and confidence of a company defining what resilience means in the AI era.

This role reports to the VP of Corporate Marketing and is based at our Santa Clara headquarters on a hybrid schedule.

What You'll Do

Own the creative direction and evolution of the Druva brand, from visual language and motion to tone and expression, ensuring consistency, quality, and ambition across every touchpoint: digital, physical, video, and experiential.
Lead, mentor, and grow the skills of the in-house creative team, managing designers, video, and web creative talent while building a culture of craft, collaboration, and creative courage. You'll develop people, not just approve work.
Stay hands-on. You'll run the studio and get in the file. The best ideas here will often be yours, executed by you, at the level you're asking of everyone else.
Translate deeply technical concepts into creative that connects, turning agentic AI, data security, cyber resilience, and platform architecture into visual storytelling that a CIO, a CISO, and a backup admin all immediately understand.
