About the Role: As the Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition for Global Revenue, you will shape and execute the global talent acquisition strategy that powers Freshworks’ revenue growth. Based in London, you will lead a high-performing team spanning AMER, EMEA and India to attract, engage, and hire top-tier GTM talent across global sales, account management, and revenue operations. You will partner directly with senior sales leadership and executive stakeholders to align recruitment strategy with long-term commercial goals, ensuring predictable, high-quality hiring across all revenue channels. What You'll Do: Define and drive the global Talent Acquisition strategy for the Global Revenue Organization GRO functions worldwide. Lead, coach, and develop a team of managers and recruiting professionals, establishing clear operational goals and performance expectations. Partner directly with executive GRO leaders to align talent acquisition plans with business roadmaps, headcount targets, and global expansion priorities. Implement robust recruiting architectures, data-driven forecasting, and capacity modeling to ensure predictable delivery across global revenue teams. Enhance candidate experience, assessment frameworks, and employment branding initiatives tailored to enterprise sales and commercial talent markets. Build deep strategic alignment across cross-functional partners including HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits, Finance, and Talent Operations. Drive operational excellence across talent systems, applicant tracking hygiene, sourcing channels, and executive search engagements. What We're Looking For: 15+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience within high-growth SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology environments. Proven leadership experience managing distributed talent acquisition teams, with a track record of driving delivery through direct reports. Experience architecting global GTM and sales recruitment strategies across multiple geographies (AMER, EMEA, India and Australia). Strategic mindset with the ability to connect department vision and functional charters directly to overall corporate strategy and business objectives. Demonstrated ability to create a culture of trust and high performance, establishing quarterly OKRs and coaching team members through regular feedback and development. Skilled at prioritizing complex talent initiatives across cross-functional boundaries to ensure flawless execution and operational accountability. Nice to Have: Hands-on experience operating within enterprise ATS platforms (e.g., SmartRecruiters, Workday) and advanced sourcing technologies. Deep knowledge of EMEA and international employment landscapes and commercial sales compensation models.
