What you get to do in this role: Lead the technical design, implementation, and optimization of global infrastructure services; primarily focused on our Hybrid Cloud initiative. Lead the architectural and topology design, new technology evaluation and integration planning activities. Research and recommend new technology, such as integrated hardware and software solutions, that meet key business requirements. Ensure architecture and design provides reliability and redundancy for all IT Services.  Manage assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives. Ensure high quality documentation for supported infrastructure is developed and maintained. Drive the automation of operational activities for Windows, Linux , and Cloud related technologies. Partner with ServiceNow developers to integrate Systems technologies with the ServiceNow platform. Ensure SOX and other legal and regulatory compliance in the infrastructure area. To be successful in this role you have: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. Deep experience designing and administrating public cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service in Azure or AWS A minimum of 10 years of experience in the design and development of Windows and Linux IT Systems. Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell Experience in implementing innovative technologies and solutions in an enterprise IT environment. Deep understanding of vSphere ESXi 5/6 and experience with deploying and managing a highly-virtualized infrastructure. Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory architecture, design and configuration in an enterprise IT environment Preferred: Experience in other scripting languages (bash, python, vbscript, etc) Experience supporting and managing HPC (high-performance compute), preferably SAP HANA. Experience working with various REST or SOAP based API's. Knowledge of DNS, DHCP and DFS in a Windows 2008/2012 landscape. Experience in crafting advanced Splunk queries in support of operational needs. Experience with the architecture, design and implementation of Exchange Online (O365). Understanding and experience with SAN storage (Pure Storage). Understanding and experience with fiber switches, storage zoning, and backup technology (Veeam or Commvault) Experience with load balancing technology (F5 or AVI Networks) Any relational database experience (Microsoft SQL, MySql, Oracle, etc) Experience with Single sign-on solutions (Okta). Experience using the ServiceNow platform with knowledge of IT Operations Management. Ability to multi-task in an ever-changing environment. Strong security understanding and experience. Configuration Management experience (SaltStack, Ansible, SCCM, etc) Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal. This includes listening skills and an open attitude toward constructive feedback.   JV20     For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of   $165,500 - $289,600 , plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.   Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
