• Standardize machine connectivity & manage plant data to enable seamless integration and scalable operations. • Establish data governance & architecture, ensuring security, compliance, and adoption of best digital practices. • Define and deploy plant digital solutions, including landscape, governance, key tools, and first‑level support. • Drive plant digital capability and innovation, fostering collaboration and transformation across functions. • Lead innovation initiatives and introduce new digital technologies to optimize processes, maximize efficiency, deliver actionable insights by benchmark. • Manage government rewards & funding applications related to innovation and digitalization Managerial: • Problem‑solving, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills • Project management • BPS Knowhow Technical: • Strong knowledge of IT/OT systems, industrial networks, and automation protocols (e.g., OPC UA, MQTT) • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data frameworks • Experience in Industry 4.0 or digital transformation projects • Coding skill on general full‑stack • Proficiency in data analytics, AI/ML, and Big Data tools
