AI TECHNICAL DELIVERY MANAGER (35712)

About the Role Bosch Home Comfort's Americas triad (Canada to Brazil) is standing up a dedicated AI Task Force to move the organization from AI experimentation to production impact. As Task Force Lead, you will run this team in a genuine player/coach capacity: you personally build and ship a share of the use-case backlog while also setting the team's delivery roadmap, translating the Regional CEO's quarterly priorities into concrete work, and being accountable for what actually reaches production. This is an operational leadership role, not an administrative one — the team is intentionally lean, and its success depends on a lead who stays close to the work. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of the AI use-case backlog, prioritized quarterly with the Regional CEO Personally lead the build and deployment of a meaningful share of production use cases alongside the Solutions Engineers Translate CEO-set priorities into a working delivery roadmap for the team Manage and coach a team of five: three AI Solutions Engineers, one Engagement Lead, and one AI Security & Risk Lead Own stakeholder relationships with business functions across the triad (US, Canada, Brazil, and broader Latin America) Report shipped outcomes and delivery status to the CIO and Regional CEO on a quarterly cadence Coordinate with the existing HVAC AI Hub and the Data Integration team to align resources and avoid duplicated effort Establish reusable delivery patterns and playbooks so each successive use case ships faster than the last   Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline. Proven track record in technology delivery, with hands-on experience building and shipping AI/ML or data-driven solutions to production. Demonstrated experience leading a small technical team in a genuine player/coach capacity — still building, not purely managing. Experience integrating enterprise AI copilot and LLM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini) into real business workflows. Strong stakeholder management skills, with comfort engaging senior executives directly. Fluent English and Portuguese; Spanish a plus given the triad's geographic scope. Based in or willing to relocate to Campinas, São Paulo. Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or HVAC sectors Familiarity with data governance in multi-entity or M&A integration environments Prior experience standing up a new team or function from a blank slate
