In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution and delivery of complex machine design projects while leading a talented technical team. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management expertise with deep knowledge of mechanical engineering and machine design, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Lead and coordinate all phases of machine design projects from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and customer requirements Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines and budgets. Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and cost efficiency Conduct technical reviews and analyze design specifications, manufacturing feasibility and performance requirements Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design reports, project status updates and performance metrics Communicate project status, risks and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management through regular reports and presentations Coordinate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance and procurement to ensure seamless project execution Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations and company policies throughout all project phases BSc or MSc degree in Engineering or a related field Minimum 5 years of professional experience in machine design, mechanical engineering or a related technical field Minimum 3 years of demonstrated project leadership or project coordination experience Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials and mechanical design principles Proven experience with project management tools and methodologies CAPM, PMP, MPM or other recognized project management certification is considered an advantage Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical challenges Proficiency in budget management, cost analysis and resource allocation Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hungarian language skills are an advantage
