Finnish-speaking Business Operations Specialist

As a Business Operations Specialist, you will be an important part of our Nordic Business Operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while continuously looking for opportunities to improve processes and customer experience. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating operational topics across customers, Sales, Logistics, warehouses, and external service providers, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and the customer experience remains strong. Supporting and improving business processes related to campaigns, supply chain activities, product returns, and customer communication, while ensuring alignment with internal policies and procedures. Serving as a key user and expert in SAP and other business systems. Managing internal and external reporting, keeping process documentation up to date, and supporting process improvements. To succeed in this role, you have: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 3-4 years of relevant professional experience. Advanced Excel skills. Experience with SAP and Process Mining is an advantage. A strong interest in technology and business systems, together with the motivation to further develop your knowledge of ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and related systems. A customer-oriented approach combined with strong commercial awareness and an understanding of business needs. Fluency in Finnish is essential for this role.
