Do you enjoy working close to production and developing solutions that improve process performance, quality and efficiency? Join our team and play a key role in the development, implementation and optimization of manufacturing processes and equipment. You will work closely with production, maintenance, product development and international teams to ensure robust, efficient and high-quality processes. Your contribution to something big Define requirements and specifications for production equipment, ensuring compliance with process guidelines, standards and applicable requirements. Install and validate new processes and equipment on production lines and support production layout changes. Define parameters and methodologies for process capability studies. Conduct pre-acceptance and final acceptance of equipment together with suppliers, according to technical specifications, Bosch standards and automotive industry requirements. Implement and share best practices (Yokoten) within the processes under your responsibility. Collaborate with Product Development teams to ensure robust processes for new and existing products. Support new product development and process changes within your area of responsibility. Be responsible for the standard PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) , identifying and assessing potential process failure modes. Be responsible for the standard Control Plan , ensuring process stability and product quality. Identify improvement opportunities in equipment and processes and develop innovative solutions to improve performance and quality. Monitor process performance through KPIs such as OEE, FPY, IRR and IDC , as well as statistical data, and define measures for continuous improvement. Lead and participate in Problem Solving activities and Task Forces related to your processes. Train production and maintenance teams on the processes and technologies within your area of responsibility. Be part of the global process team (CN Team), contributing to the definition and sharing of new and existing technologies. Collaborate with national and international stakeholders to exchange knowledge and support standardization across the organization. Travel internationally when required. What distinguishes you Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronic Engineering  or a related technical field. Experience & Know-how: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment . Good knowledge of production processes, mechanical design, materials and manufacturing technologies. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, FMEA, RCM, TPM and 8D . Knowledge of automation and robotics . Knowledge of pneumatic systems . Experience working with industrial equipment and production processes. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant digital tools. Languages: Fluent in English , both written and spoken. Personality: Proactive and dynamic. Responsible and committed.
