Software Engineer

Software Engineer-Angular  (Chennai) We are seeking a motivated and skilled  Software Engineer  with  3-4 years of experience  in modern web application development. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in  Angular  and modern frontend technologies. The role involves developing and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality software solutions. The candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities, a collaborative mindset, and an eagerness to learn emerging technologies, including AI and GenAI capabilities. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive web applications using Angular and related technologies. Implement features based on business and technical requirements. Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, QA Engineers, and Backend Developers. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following engineering best practices. Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback. Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services. Troubleshoot application issues and support defect resolution. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives. Contribute to CI/CD, testing, and quality engineering practices. Required Technical Skills Angular TypeScript JavaScript (ES6+) HTML5 CSS3 / SCSS Node.js REST API integration Git / GitHub GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools Unit testing using: Jest Karma/Jasmine Good-to-Have Technical Skills Python development experience Exposure to Generative AI technologies and AI-driven applications Prompt Engineering Experience with LLM integrations (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.) LangChain or similar AI orchestration frameworks Datadog / Coralogix SonarQube / GitHub CodeQL / Cycode Playwright / Cypress / Selenium Required Soft Skills Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Strong ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.
