Senior Scrum Master (Scrum of Scrums) Location: LATAM (Brazil or Argentina) Department Description The mission of the Solutions Center of Excellence (CoE) is to build, deliver, and support demonstration environments for use by our Solution Engineers (SEs) globally. These environments incorporate the latest Salesforce capabilities, providing the baseline required to deliver best-practice demos, enabling our SEs to scale, innovate, and provide the best product demonstrations of their careers. Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to operate in a "Scrum of Scrums" capacity across the Industries Product Owner / Scrum world. Rather than running ceremonies directly, this role ensures Agile ceremonies are happening consistently and following best practices across pods, leans in where a pod is struggling, identifies and addresses recurring themes, and consolidates and relays delivery health up to leadership. Ultimately, this role is accountable for setting the team up for success with Scrum and leading the Scrum of Scrums function — freeing our teams to focus on backlog and technical depth rather than process facilitation. Roles and Responsibilities Program/Scrum Management: Ensure Agile ceremonies are taking place consistently across pods — daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives — and that they follow best practices, rather than personally running every ceremony. Identify recurring themes and cross-pod patterns (blockers, capacity issues, process gaps) and lean in directly where a pod is struggling. Consolidate delivery health and key themes across pods (velocity, capacity, blockers) and relay a single, leadership-ready view up the chain. Collaborate with PMs/TPOs to ensure product backlogs are appropriately prioritized and refined across pods, reflecting stakeholder needs and project goals. Ensure our Q Projects sprint tooling meets the team's needs, partnering with the necessary teams to address process gaps so our tools work for us, not against us. Communication & Collaboration: Act as the bridge between individual Scrum teams and Industries leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities across pods. Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and foster collaboration across Agile teams. Leadership: Lead Agile teams in embracing Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across pods. Serve as a servant leader, empowering teams to self-organize and make decisions that drive project success. Mentor and coach team members and TPOs on Agile methodologies and best practices, promoting a shared understanding of Agile principles. Represent the Business: Act as the primary representative of the Agile development process to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities. Advocate for Agile values and principles, driving adoption and adherence to Agile methodologies throughout the organization. Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments, idea
