About the Team The UK & Ireland Engagement Management team sits within Workday's Delivery organization, and we're the team that turns Workday's cloud solutions into real results for our customers. About the Role As Director, Engagement Management, you will lead a team of Engagement Managers who deploy Workday solutions and own the success of the customers in their portfolio. This role exists to make sure our customers get outstanding outcomes from their Workday implementation, and that the people delivering those implementations have what they need to do their best work. Increasingly, this includes helping customers understand and adopt AI capabilities within Workday, and making sure your team knows how to bring an AI-informed point of view into every engagement. You will partner closely with other teams across the services organisation to shape a great customer experience, and work with sales teams to help grow business with both new and existing customers. You'll report into the EMEA Professional Services leadership team and be part of the regional Delivery Leadership Team. Your main areas of focus will be: Team development – growing your Engagement Managers' skills and careers, and building a high-performing, connected team Customer satisfaction – making sure the customers in your portfolio have a great experience and see real value from their Workday deployment Workday deployments across your team's book of business, spotting risk early, and helping resolve it in creative, practical ways Best practice – using what you learn in the field to recommend improvements to the Workday Deployment Methodology, and sharing that thinking with leadership AI strategy and adoption – Supporting customers in adopting AI within their Workday deployment, and ensuring your team can confidently guide them through AI-related decisions About You Basic Qualifications Experience managing project teams through complex, large-scale software implementations within a SaaS environment 7+ years of experience leading and growing high-performing teams within a professional services or delivery organization Background leading a team that deploys Workday (or comparable enterprise softwar
