The Enterprise Account Executive is part of Salesforce’s Enterprise Sales organization, supporting customers in Manufacturing, Automotive, Utilities, Travel& Transportation or Technology. You will lead a focused portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts,. Working with senior customer executives and a cross-functional Salesforce account team, you will develop and execute account strategies that advance customers’ business priorities, accelerate digital transformation, and support their evolution toward an Agentic Enterprise—where people and trusted AI agents work together to drive measurable outcomes. As both a strategic commercial leader and a technically fluent seller, you will connect business priorities with Salesforce’s platform, data, AI, integration, and cloud capabilities. You will be expected to lead credible conversations with business and technology executives, translate complex requirements into compelling solution strategies, and mobilize the right technical expertise throughout the sales cycle. This role combines executive relationship leadership, consultative and technical selling, complex commercial execution, and cross-functional account orchestration. What You’ll Do Lead the account strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-year account plans aligned with customers’ strategic priorities, technology roadmaps, and Salesforce’s growth objectives. Build executive relationships: Establish trusted-advisor relationships with C-level and senior business and technology leaders, bringing relevant industry insights, technical perspectives, and compelling points of view. Drive business transformation: Translate customers’ business challenges and technology constraints into high-value platform, data, AI, and cloud strategies supported by clear business cases and measurable outcomes. Lead business and technical discovery: Uncover customer objectives, business processes, architecture, data environment, integration requirements, security considerations, and transformation priorities. Identify gaps, dependencies, and potential barriers early in the sales cycle. Shape the solution strategy and narrative: Partner with Solution Engineering, architects, and specialist teams to connect Salesforce capabilities to customer requirements and articulate how the proposed solution will deliver business and technical value. Communicate across business and technology audiences: Make complex technology concepts accessible to business executives while clearly communicating business priorities, value drivers, and commercial implications to technical stakeholders. Develop an Agentic Enterprise point of view: Help customers understand how trusted AI agents, unified data, automation, and human expertise can work together to transform customer and employee experiences. Orchestrate the account team: Align Specialist Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, Professional Services, partners, and global system integrators around a unified customer and solution strategy. Navigate complex sales cycles: Lead multi-stakeholder, multi-product enterprise opportunities from qualification and technical discovery through validation, negotiat
