Validation & Verification Project Manager

As a  V alidation &  V erification Project Manager, you will be responsible for defining and driving project-specific V & V strategies, ensuring that validation activities are executed effectively and aligned with project goals. You will work closely with international, multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders to ensure product quality, traceability and successful project releases. Your tasks: ► Implementing project-specific V&V strategies based on product and business unit guidelines ► Maintaining V&V plans and coordinating the technical content of validation activities ► Being responsible for test resource allocation and sample management ► Ensuring testability and traceability of requirements throughout the development lifecycle ► Planning, monitoring and controlling V&V activities with respect to time, quality and budget targets ► Supporting engineers and project stakeholders with methodological and process-related expertise ► Participating in project reviews, audits and assessments, while reporting V&V status and ensuring information flow ► Driving continuous improvement of V&V strategies, methods and processes ► Supporting work product releases and project release decisions ► Collaborating with customers and representing V&V topics in technical discussions ► Engineering degree ► Minimal 3 years automotive project management experience ► V&V project management experience is beneficial ► Reliability experience is beneficial ► Excellent communication and organizational skills ► Proactive, result oriented attitude ► Fluent English, German beneficial
