Design FMEA Moderator - Product Risk Analysis (maternity cover for 2 years)

The FMEA moderator is responsible for supporting the development projects with extensive know-how in the various product development methodologies, primarily FMEA. Your tasks: ► Responsible for creating and adapting the standard FMEA to platform and customer projects ► Coordinating and leading of interdisciplinary teams (testing, design, quality, manufacturing, etc.) ► Updating FMEA together with the project team ► Supporting the design/FMEA team in alignment of FMEA interfaces towards the System and the Process FMEAs ► Coaching FMEA team in method usage and tools, creation of evaluation and report, support in assessment of results, presentation of results. Acting as a good owner of the FMEA product group informing/coaching the group of project managers in her/his dedicated area. ► Contacts/supports the internal customers in FMEA topics. Cooperates and supports the Project Manager and the FMEA team in an effective preparation of the external customers’/OEMs FMEA presentations ► Takes part in the FMEA pool strategic tasks, continuous improvement activities, working out and maintaining work instructions, good practices, tools, knowledge share and maturity activities. ► Bachelor / master’s degree in engineering / quality management or a different specialization ► Being able to work and think on a structured way. Willingness to learn and apply Automotive, FMEA - related and quality tools ► Moderation skills and experiences ► Good presentation and communication skill (e.g. project teams, colleagues, Management members, OEMs, etc.) ► Experience with FMEAs is a benefit ► Experience in product development is advantage ► Negotiation level of English, German knowledge is an advantage
