Operational Support Record, analyze, and visualize production parameters and systems. Contribute to defining and updating standards for industrial engineering processes. Collaboration & Communication Work with other Bosch factories and central engineering teams. Share insights and ideas to improve processes and reduce costs. Process Improvement Assist in implementing productivity measurement tools. Support ergonomic improvement initiatives and cost reduction efforts. Training & Documentation Help deliver training on ergonomic principles and production standards. Learn and apply industrial engineering tools like MTM. Administrative Tasks Collect data and prepare KPI reports. Ensure compliance with CljP procedures. Support PDM (product data management) with SAP updates Analyze data and prepare reports regarding CT (Cycle time) using different data sources Education : You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Economics, or related fields Conversational English skills , because you will communicate with our multicultural colleagues We are looking for a medium level of Microsoft Office (Excel), because you will be responsible to process input data Interest in learning about processes from a manufacturing factory Show willingness for support and administration of the plant ramp-up Express initiative for learning about the latest trends in technology Be able to communicate and collaborate with our colleagues from different departments Personal Traits : Organized, results-oriented, and adaptable
