Voice Recognition Executive with French

Requirements: High school diploma, vocational qualification or equivalent combination of education and relevant operational experience.  2+ years of experience in data validation, data processing, price collection, transcription review, quality control or a comparable operations role.  Proficiency in the local language or languages assigned for review, including the ability to understand spoken price and promotion terminology and enter accurate local-language transcription. Project languages: Italian, French (European)  Working English sufficient to follow global procedures, training and support communications.  Strong listening skills and attention to detail, with the ability to compare audio, text and numeric values accurately.  Ability to follow standard operating procedures, filters and decision rules consistently while managing repetitive, high-volume work.  Sound judgment to distinguish an evidence-supported correction from an uncertain case and to escalate rather than guess.  Basic proficiency with browser-based operational applications, data grids, filters and comments; spreadsheet familiarity is desirable.  Prior experience with NIQ Data Acquisition processes or Human-in-the-Loop workflows is desirable.  We offer: Food vouchers € 62 Additional Medical Insurance, incl Prophylactics, Outpatient care, Inpatient care, еxpenses for medications and medical products Life Insurance Multisport card (self-funded by the employee)  A Hybrid model of working: 3 days of the week you work from home (home office), 2 days from the office.
