HighRadius has been consistently recognized as a market leader by Gartner, IDC, and Forrester.</p> <p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Director – Finance (Record to Report) to work within our R2R function, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and other technical accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical accounting, financial reporting, and audit management, with proven experience in leading teams and delivering accurate and timely financial statements.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Financial Reporting &amp; Accounting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements under US GAAP (and IFRS where applicable).</li> <li>Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards.</li> <li>Drive accounting for share-based payments, revenue recognition, business combinations, and financial instruments, including classification, measurement, and disclosures.</li> <li>Ensure proper accounting treatment for complex transactions, including investments and consolidation of entities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Audit &amp; Compliance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage and coordinate US GAAP audits, serving as the key liaison with external auditors (Big 4 or equivalent).</li> <li>Provide technical accounting guidance to internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Stay updated with changes in US GAAP, IFRS, and SEC regulations, ensuring timely implementation of new standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Stakeholder Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Tax, FP&amp;A, Treasury, and Legal, to support strategic initiatives and reporting requirements.</li> <li>Partner with senior management on the accounting implications of key business transactions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skill &amp; Experience Needed</strong></p> <ul> <li>Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.</li> <li>8–10 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting, with strong exposure to US GAAP (mandatory) and IFRS (Good to have)</li> <li>Must have handled US GAAP audits independently.</li> <li>Big 4 experience (preferably in Financial Accounting Advisory Services / Technical Accounting) strongly preferred.</li> <li>Proven experience in financial statement preparation, consolidation, and technical accounting advisory.</li> <li>Hands-on experience in:</li> <li>Share-based payments</li> <li>Revenue Recognition</li> <li>Business combinations (M&amp;A accounting)</li> <li>Financial instruments (classification, measurement, investments)</li> <li>Strong people management skills with experience leading teams of 4–6.</li> <li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Get</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary.</li> <li>Fun-filled work culture (https://www.highradius.com/culture/)</li> <li>Equal employment opportunities.</li> <li>Opportunity to build with a pre-IPO Global SaaS Centaur.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
