Organizational Change Manager

Responsibilities Support the development and continuous improvement of our Change Management approach , including training, adoption and change-readiness measures. Assess the impact of project-related changes  on affected teams, functions, regions and plants, identifying risks and needs and translating them into effective change measures. Identify and assess key stakeholders and affected groups , understand their concerns and requirements, and develop targeted engagement strategies to support successful adoption. Create engaging, target-group-specific communication and change materials  that clearly explain the program, its objectives, upcoming changes and expected benefits. Design, plan and implement communication and engagement activities  in close collaboration with project, business and service delivery teams. Plan and facilitate workshops, meetings, information sessions and other change activities  tailored to the needs of specific audiences. Collect and analyze feedback and change-related insights  from regions, plants, business units and other stakeholders to identify organizational needs, resistance, risks and opportunities. Coordinate the service delivery team  and ensure strong alignment between Change Management, communication, training and project implementation activities. Drive internal communication within the team , including newsletters, blog posts, presentations, management updates and other communication formats. Bachelor’s degree in Communications or similar Professional experience in Experience in  Communication , Change Management, Organizational Change, Transformation, or a related field Strong communication, organizational and planning skills A structured, proactive and collaborative approach to working in complex project environments Experience designing and delivering  workshops, training, engagement sessions or communication activities . Know how in maintaining internal pages, e.g. Docupedia /Connect Good in spoken and written English.
