Regional Portfolio Specialist

Your tasks: • Actively contribute to the business success of Global Tools product portfolio in the region Europe and Asia-Pacific Industrialized Markets (EA) • Create and manage the portfolio of regional product executions (Sales Driven Activities), including promotions and standard executions • Assist global product management and regional portfolio teams in successful implementation of product launches and go-to-market initiatives. This includes developing competitor benchmarking based on available market and pricing data, collecting and consolidating product data across all stages of product lifecycle • Act as a bridge between the local sales and marketing teams in EA region and global product management teams and ensure the information flow regarding regional product and application insights and global product related inputs • Provide hands-on support for key sales events Education: Academic degree in Marketing, Business or similar Experiences and Knowledge: Strong understanding of product portfolios and related processes Strong analytical skills, which enable data-informed decision-making Experience working in intercultural environments Personality and Working Style: Strong communication skills Collaborative team player Detail-oriented with a conscientious approach to work Languages: Fluent in English and German, written and spoken
