Transport Planner & Logistics Process Improvement Specialist (f/m/div.)

Coordinate Logistics improvement initiatives focused on service levels, on-time delivery and operational efficiency, involving Inbound and Outbound teams in the execution. Define and implement new processes, driving digitalization, AI-based solutions, automation, and simplification of administrative activities. Develop, document, and standardize operational processes and procedures. Analyse logistics KPIs and help identify improvement opportunities. Plan and execute daily outbound transport activities to ensure smooth logistics operations, following established logistics standards and processes. Coordinate transport schedules and support the resolution of operational planning issues. Prepare reports and support data analysis for operational decision-making. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient logistics execution. Education Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience Experience in transport planning or logistics operations. Experience coordinating inbound and outbound transport activities. Experience working with SAP logistics processes; exposure to S/4HANA is an advantage. Experience monitoring operational KPIs and supporting process improvement initiatives is a plus. Know-how Good knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics processes. Understanding of transport planning, warehouse operations, and supply chain fundamentals. Knowledge of SAP logistics processes; S/4HANA exposure is an advantage. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Power BI and data analysis skills are considered a plus. Languages Fluent English (written and spoken). Additional languages are an advantage. Working Style and Methods Daily transport planning and operational coordination.
