Role Summary: The Talent Operations Specialist is a full-time, P30 role providing the governance, compliance, and systemsenablement backbone for India Talent Acquisition. Operating beyond day-to-day execution, the role owns end-to-end operational outcomes, process and audit standards, systems and vendor governance, and critical escalations for India TA Operations. At a scale of ~2000 annual hires and 10+ Talent Coordinators, the role provides dedicated operational leadership across a complex ecosystem of Talent Partners, Talent Coordinators, COEs, Global Talent Operations (GTAO) peers, and technology/vendor partners, while also leading key global and India-specific initiatives. The position reduces reliance on contingent resources for core, audit-sensitive operations and brings clear FTE accountability to business-critical processes. The incumbent is expected to operate with significant autonomy— identifying and driving improvements, resolving operational risks, and independently representing India TAO in global forums. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Coordination Governance & Leadership • Lead end-to-end TC operations across onboarding, training, workload management, offer enablement, and interview scheduling—setting operating standards and driving consistent execution. • Own SLA and performance governance, proactively identifying risks, diagnosing root causes, and driving resolution; escalate only where policy, investment, or leadership intervention is required. • Lead complex issue resolution and escalations, exercising judgment beyond standard playbooks and continuously strengthening processes based on recurring themes and insights. • Drive operational health and continuous improvement through weekly performance reviews and RCAs, with clear accountability for closing systemic gaps—not simply identifying them. 2. TA Operations & Systems Enablement • Drive operational excellence across core TA processes, including interview scheduling, offer operations, onboarding readiness, and referrals—owning execution, governance, and continuous improvement. • Own India TA systems governance as the SPOC and SME for Workday Recruiting, ServiceNow, Phenom CRM, and HackerRank, ensuring data integrity, access governance, and effective adoption. • Lead capability building and enablement for Recruiters and TCs through structured process and systems training, including readiness for new tools, workflows, and rollouts. • Drive TA technology enhancements in partnership with TechOps and GTAO, leading requirements validation, UAT, change readiness, and rollout support. • Strengthen process governance and audit readiness by maintaining SOPs, governing documentation and change requests, and ensuring robust audit trails. • Identify and solve operational gaps by proactively diagnosing process inefficiencies and developing scalable, automation-led improvements for TA leadership approval. 3. Vendor, Procurement & Compliance Governance • Own end-to-end TA procurement operations, including PR/PO management, renewals, invoice tracking, SLA governance, and ROI monitoring across sourcing tools and TA vendors. • Lead vendor governance and performance, proactively identifying, escalating, and resolving service, commercial, and operational risks. • Drive cross-functional execution with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Vendor Management to ensure timely renewals, commercial discipline, and compliance. • Serve as TA’s audit & compliance POC for SOX, statutory, equity, offer-governance, and data-privacy reviews, maintaining accurate and audit-ready documentation. 4. Stakeholder & Change Leadership • Partner with Talent Partners, COEs, and TA leadership to design and execute process updates, training, and audit preparations. • Lead adoption of new operating models (e.g., Interview Scheduling AI, ServiceNow workflow changes) through structured communication, training, and feedback loops. • Represent India TAO independently in global policy and system calibration s
