Overview This is an exciting opportunity to join Mastercard as an Enterprise Change & Insights Manager. Working in a SAFe Agile environment, this role plays a key part in enabling and delivering value efficiently and sustainably, with a strong focus on agile ways of working, continuous improvement, and actionable insights. Role Summary The Enterprise Change & Insights Manager will support the planning, coordination and delivery of enterprise-wide change initiatives, helping to modernise reporting, and drive a culture of AI enabled automation, continuous improvement and innovation in line with organisational priorities. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong organisational, analytical and communication skills will contribute to initiative planning, requirements development, stakeholder engagement, documentation, reporting and user readiness activities, while applying agile ways of working and continuous improvement practices to support effective business change. A key part of the role is interpreting information from multiple sources, identifying trends, risks and opportunities, and turning analysis into practical, actionable insights that support informed decision-making.
