You bring a strategic, analytical, and collaborative approach to M&A, with experience in technology or SaaS environments. You understand go-to-market operations, customer lifecycle processes, revenue synergies, and cross-functional integration. You're comfortable working through ambiguity, advising senior leaders, and turning complex business problems into clear roadmaps. In this role, you will find opportunities to create value, surface integration risks, define future-state operating models, and lead programs that protect the customer experience while speeding up business outcomes. You will also help build repeatable M&A playbooks and governance models that improve how Workday approaches future transactions.
