You must possess the business acumen to negotiate with client managers, focusing resources on the 20% of changes that drive 80% of the impact.</li> <li>Roadmap Alignment: Prevent "scope creep" by aligning client desires with the core product vision, ensuring scalability over customization.</li> </ul> <li>Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management</li> <ul> <li>Orchestration: Stakeholder management of internal resources across Product, Engineering, and Consulting to solve high-impact escalations.</li> <li>Task Force Leadership: When a critical issue arises, you lead the war room.
