This role sits at the intersection of technical delivery and business alignment — driving program roadmaps, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring engineering teams deliver scalable, high-quality outcomes on time. The ideal candidate combines strong program management fundamentals with hands-on technical fluency in cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and database architecture. <br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and align long-term program roadmaps with business goals, tracking KPIs for program health and ROI</li> <li>Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs — on time, in scope, and high quality</li> <li>Drive delivery using Agile/Scrum/Kanban/SAFe frameworks, monitoring velocity and resolving blockers proactively</li> <li>Serve as the key liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders, translating technical updates for leadership</li> <li>Manage senior stakeholders and steering committee communications, building consensus across matrixed teams</li> <li>Evaluate architecture proposals and guide engineering teams toward scalable, well-timed solutions</li> <li>Engage in technical discussions on system design, API integrations, and SDLC best practices</li> <li>Standardize workflows, SLAs, and runbooks to ensure high system availability</li> <li>Own resource allocation, capacity planning, and budget management</li> <li>Lead RCA and incident post-mortems to prevent recurring operational issues</li> <li>Proactively manage cross-team dependencies and risk mitigation, escalating critical issues with clear recommendations</li> <li>Drive process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) and tooling automation (Jira, Confluence, CI/CD) to boost delivery efficiency</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skill &amp; Experience Needed</strong></p> <ul> <li>10+ years of overall experience in program/delivery management</li> <li>Strong program/delivery management experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks</li> <li>Proven stakeholder management and executive communication skills</li> <li>Technical fluency in system design, API integrations, and SDLC</li> <li>Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and deployment architectures</li> <li>Understanding of database concepts — SQL vs. NoSQL, replication, sharding, caching strategies</li> <li>Experience with incident management, RCA, and operational excellence practices</li> <li>Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and tooling (Jira, Confluence)</li> <li>Strong risk management and dependency-tracking capabilities</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Get</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary.</li> <li>Fun-filled work culture (<a href="https://www.highrad
